I don’t ever write reviews for anything, but seeing how there’s barely any, I would like to help contribute. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service from this seller! I ordered the glossy screen and replaced my old gross matte screen that came on the laptop. The screen arrived in 2 sets of bubble wrap and in a nice cardboard box. The extra tools actually came in handy with the installation. The installation was easy with no issues at all, their screen fit perfectly and installed easier than I thought! Now for the part where customer service comes in. After installing my screen, updating the bios, and letting the computer run it’s course, I noticed 3 dead pixels on the screen. As unfortunate as it is, no one is perfect and the new screen still far exceeded my expectations. I contacted the company expecting to have to uninstall the screen and send it back in order for anything to happen but no! I’m a very lazy person and the 3 pixels didn’t bother me where they were located so the company allowed me to keep my screen, gave me a partial refund, AND still agreed to honor the warranty on the faulty screen. They also replied extremely quickly to my questions and concerns and made it an overall awesome experience!

Easy ordering, once I figured out which screen I had by looking on the back of the old one and the number of pins in the connector. Arrived in perfect condition in a box with adequate bubble wrap. 5 minutes or less for installation if you know what you're doing. All the pixels are currently working, clarity is great. Highly recommend!

Yep, I am totally satisfied with my replacement screen from SCREENARAMA! It was super easy to replace. The total time was maybe 15 minutes max. What's even better?! That it arrived four days sooner than expected! I was hoping to spend less, but to be honest, It's exactly the same screen as the original, it was packaged well and it appears to have 100% working pixels.

The product was delivered to my address very fast, and once I received it, it wasn’t hard for me to replace my laptop’s screen with it whatsoever. It was very easy and self explanatory. My laptop is Dell Inspiron 5575. Perfect compatibility.
