Fits fine on a standard whiteboard. Upon opening, it rolled inward, so I had to roll it the other way to make it stay on the board. You have to press it hard against the board to get it to stay because if any part of it is not against the board, that part is too heavy and it will just fall off. I put magnets on the corners to help it stay. If you can store it unrolled, this won’t be necessary. I can put magnets on top of it (to simulate notes) and write on it with dry-erase. Comes with a grand staff printed on it.

Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)I confess, I'm a late bloomer in the world of music education. This oversized dry erase musical staff (magnetic) sheet is just the ticket! All the more to SEE what's going on, for sure! The fine print version doesn't cut it for me these days. That said, this staff sheet very well made. The magnetic sheet does arrive tightly rolled up in a narrow, yet long box that is shrink wrapped.I found to my delight, this helpful tool really made the ALL difference I needed to enhance my music lessons and practice at home! The music sheet does adhere to my magnetic dry erase board easily and securely. All you need to do is to flatten the sheet first before using it the first time.I'll tell you a little secret: I plan on donating this durable, sturdy music sheet to a very special music teacher (and his wife, also a music teacher) to aid other students in their classroom. I know they will be overjoyed to receive this very useful, worthwhile gift-- shortly after I master the notes first! (But of course, I'll give them a colorful set of dry erase markers and erasers to go with this gift as well! ;o)Highly recommended!Give this SCRIBBLEDO Large 45"x17" Dry Erase Magnet Music Staff Lined a try... I don't think you'll regret your purchase.***********************************************************Update:An opportunity to save wee bit of moolah!Right now, there's a 30% off coupon, to make your purchase all the sweeter!***********************************************************May Your Upcoming Spring Be Warm, Cheery And Bright! ;o)Cheerio and Best of Luck in all your endeavors! Hopefully, this review was helpful.

Set this up in the dining room, since this is our instrument practice area. This goes up and down based upon practice days. It is large but hangs nicely on the metal parts of the sliding glass door, and the markers use to take notes, build lessons, learn notes. Not terribly large to compose a complete symphony, but large enough to learn note reading and playing a few key spots for practice. Great for piano, guitar, and violin practice. Really like this. If we had more space we'd purchase another.

I am so impressed by this magnetic music staff! I am teaching music theory to a group of kids and we don't have a staff in the classroom I have been assigned. However, the white board is magnetic so this works out well! The entire back is magnetic, so there is no sliding or falling of the staff. I would definitely recommend this item if you need something like it. I'm so glad I found it!

From my wife:I use this in my private music studio, and it works great! Since I don’t have a large dry erase board, I place it on the floor. It’s perfect for drawing notes and playing music games with mini erasers. It’s quite long, but I love the size of the staff. It makes it much easier for students to distinguish between line and space notes, which can be a challenge if the staff is too small. This has been a great solution for me, and I’m sure I’ll be using it for many years to come. Thanks for a make a great product!

This is so handy for my young piano students. It is so big it allows them to easily write their notes. It is a great way to reiterate lessons and teach.I have a student that is currently using it to write her own songShe has to add all the information herself, time signature, measures, notes, etc.It is really helping to bring everything together and help her advance quickly. It takes the dry erase ink without a problem and easily wipes away.It is magnetic, so if you have somewhere metal it can go it will stick.

This is such a great learning tool. The size is perfect for whole group or small group teaching. It's travelability makes it so easy to use anywhere I need it. I was worried this would be on the thin side, but I was wrong. I have my students tap out rhythms on it with a drum stick and it hasn't left a single dent or nick. Much better than I expected.
