They are comfy, stretchy, and fit a size 20. I do wish they were a little longer and had pockets on the legs. I want to wear them to work but it not having more pockets is making me second think it.

The fit feels good at the waist and has plenty of leg room.The sizing is accurate for Medium.The fabric is cool and comfortable.They are well made and all of the seams are nice.The pockets are fantastic.

My wife has a hard time find scrub pants that fit perfectly due to her thighs and calves. They are snug at one or both areas and loose at the waist. These was were great at the start of her 16 hour shift, but they just didn't fit her thighs perfectly. They would end up falling down a little and end up with the dreaded chub rub, her words. The waist she couldn't seem to tie it tight enough.They are comfortable, and the material breathes well. The pockets are perfect, can't have too many. It just didn't fully fit the way she needed.

These are a super nice material…but I’m 5’5” and the large is 6 inches too long.

Love love love these pants .I’m 5’4 weigh around 200And I ordered a xl regularBut should’ve ordered a XL petiteXl regular is Way too long for me.Super soft and stretchy.Feels like pajama pants.Material not think but not too thin either. I ordered a black pair, to go with everything .

These pants are very comfortable. Liked the extra pockets, the elastic waist and tie. Though, I had to hem them up. They were too long.
