I know I can't expect much for $13. Even with that it mind this is a rudimentary tool. The riveted jaw is sloppy loose and one of the two pins is a bit crooked but it will work. It is still a good purchase because it would take me more in time and materials to make one. The hinged jaws allow me to easily fit the holes in the cap of my Sherwood regulator.
