Wanted to add a d ring to my wife's BCD and with the opening in the d ring it was simple to slip it on the strap. In our case, it was a sewn loop of strap already so sliding it on simplified the problem. If you have access to at least one end of the strap, there are other options available.

They are a bit on the lighter side. I've only put them on my waist and butt D rings. Don't trust them enough to put them on my scattering nor on my chest D-rings (might not be strong enough). But for the price and having them be purple- I gave them 5*!
