(1) It's tin plated, not stainless steel. (2) Two spot weldings are plated over and visible. (3) It bends too easily, so you have to open them up after each pick up. (4) Serated tip is just line markings, not like the website images. All in all, it wasn't what was pictured on the website. Returned next day.

Idk what I expected but they are big. Very useful in cooking and precision in baking. Comfortable and have held up to tons of pressure and testing the limits in the kitchen. Gave the largest one away to a friend and they liked it as much as I did and equally found it useful.I think with how large they are, they are better suited for culinary practices vs. pastry. (As a pastry chef) i prefer smaller tools for precision so I mainly use the smallest tool, and the larger ones I use when cooking at home.

Fantastic set of tweezers for the price. They feel very nice and don't bend too easily, definitely harder steel than other ones I've purchase around the same price point. Bending them slightly into the shape of a "wishbone" will help to increase tensile strength and grip at least twofold. You may need to bend them around a set of pliers or a small metal pipe or something though because they are strong.Only time will tell if the weld holding both pieces of each set of tweezers together is good or not. That's the biggest problem I've had with cheaper 2-piece tweezers (one day in the middle of service the weld pops and they drop what you're holding, becoming immediately worthless).

Not too impressed with this, but it does the job with some additional effort. I bought this for removing my wife's hairballs from the shower drain. The tension is too loose, meaning a soft squeeze will grab what you need, or some. I wish the metal was better quality or stronger so that it can provide a tighter hold. But for around $6, I think I'll settle.

This product is very straight forward.Cheap, great quality and nice variety for different uses.I use them to feed reptiles, and I like having the different lengths. I use the 8" to feed my leopard geckos because I can get closer to them, and then I use the foot long to feed my tarantulas because I don't want them to run up the tongs.The quality is great, the tips meet perfectly aligned and for the price, you can't go wrong. They come in a plastic sleeve that was a nice added bonus.

Pickles, peppers, sprigs of rosemary, about anything you need to be pulled from whatever! Do you use bundles of herbs when cooking? Grab your short tweezers and pull them out of the pot. Got a gallon jar of pickles? Grab the long tweezers and reach that last pickle without sticking your hand in the jar. Grab the medium length tweezers to get those jalapenos out of the quart jar. Frying squash or fish and need a little less metal compared to tongs to flip your treats? Use your tweezers! Stainless steel makes them easy to care for and long lasting. These provide a good grip on your food and a secure grip in your hands. And there not just for food either. Grab that sock that fell between the washer and dryer. Great for burying plants in an aquarium. The possibilities are nearly endless. OK, I love my tweezers!

I bought this set to replace a lost pair of 8 inch tweezers that I use to thread my industrial serger. I figured it would be handy to have 2 spares. Well, the 12" ones were a bit too long for the job. No worries though, my computer repairing brother snatched them up to use for retrieving lost screws that fall inside the computer case during repairs. He's thrilled with them. I am quite happy with the remaining 2 for threading my machine. I'd say these are not nearly as precise or high quality as the ones I was replacing but for the price....they are a good value. (And they work fine for threading.)

I bought these as feeding tongs for my snakes. The first paragraph will be for other snake owners, and the rest will be just a general evaluation of the product :)I use these to feed my two corn snakes. The range in size is very useful; I can use the larger ones as they grow. It's easy to grab onto the mouse and manipulate it. Right now my snakes are on pinkies, so I can't soundly tell you a full grown mouse or rat is easy to manipulate and move. They open a decent amount, and you should be able to grab at least the bottom part of your mouse. They are easy to store, hold, and use. Definitely great tweezers to use as feeding tongs!! You get three different, great quality tweezers for the price of one.They are sturdy and easy to use. They are comfortable to hold, easy to close, and can be stored in the container they came in. The range in size is excellent, considering you are basically getting three different tweezers for the price of one. It is overall a great product!

these are material used in making these are heavy and sturdy but the teeth for gripping is only slightly small groves that do not bite and grip and do not hold onto what your gripping and they were just loose in a mailing bag and one of them were missing and one was dirty and looked used and messed up, i'm sure it was bought, used and returned and now guess who got it ME, oh how special... just goes to prove you don't know what your really getting through mail order, junk i tell you, junk...
