Nice heavy duty cable to connect the ring to the boat. Nice thick pin as well to keep the bimini top in place.

I only received one item and the picture shows two, I looked in questions and answers before ordering this item and all the answers concerning quantity said they received 2. I am leaving one star for the deceptive picture and the poor value for the price.

I'm only giving these 2 stars because of the misleading picture showing (2) sets when you only receive one pin assembly.Yes, the descriptions states "Pins sold each" but that's not entirely definitive and should be more clearly stated. As another user stated, the lanyard and bracket are good but the pins themselves are sub-quality.The only thing that made it worth buying is if you need just the lanyard and bracket (I did as I already had pins) as these are hard to find separately and would have cost more buying them somewhere else.

I modified the Bimini top brackets on my Lund boat railing system by drilling out the bracket to accept the pin. Once done, the pins work great and it is much easier to remove the top without having to use a screwdriver. I am going to do the same to my rear top brackets as well.

This is very deceiving to show a pair and you only get one.

These Seachoice pins have spring balls to prevent being easily dislodged. I needed a couple of spares for attaching my bimini frame to the mounting brackets on top of the windshield on the boat. The flat securing tabs don't fit under the windshield brackets as I hoped but the boat is 14 years old. The pins fit, the tabs are guess work. These are well made for my use and i am keeping them as spares.

These clips are so much better than using thumb screws on your bimini. I have to take my bimini down to fit the boat in the garage and the screws are a pain, they are either so tight i need pliers to get them off which ends up damaging the screws or they are loose enough that i end up losing them while under way and then my bimini is whipping all over the place while i'm trying to drive. These pins have a bearing in the end so that once you slide them through they won't come back out until you pull them. No way for them to release by themselves like a screw while using your boat. Plus they literally take a second to pop out to drop your bimini. I replaces all 4 screws with them so i can remove my bimini top in about 10 seconds.
