I have used this line multiple times fishing on a jetties catching Bull Reds and black drum. It glides smoothly through my spinning reel and hold up against the jetty rocks. I have used this brand in the past. It can honestly say this is a true upgrade.

The new 8+1 Seaknight braid is fantastic line! First of all it is a very smooth casting line! It will cast a mile! It is also extremely strong. I bought the 17 pound test line and it cast light 6 pound monofilament but has the strength of 17 pound line! Something else that is amazing is the fact that it is super sensitive! You can feel all the structure and strikes with it. I would highly recommend this line! Happy fishing everyone!

Tested it before spooling it up and it floats, even if you push it down to break the surface tension it still floats back to the surface.

Breaks at 30 lbs :(At least it sinks and doesnt fray.
