Strap is secure and is adjustable for different sizes. It can be a little fiddly to fasten when wearing a longer dress because of the extra fabric bulk. It gives a good sense of security and safety, while protecting baby from seat belt trauma in the event of a collision. I feel it is a much safer option than wearing a regular seat belt while pregnant.
