I've just had a pacemaker fitted and needed a cushion or similar for protection when a passenger.I've been rolling up towels and using jumpers, and it doesn't work.So, took a punt on this little beauty, and what a great choice. It's incredibly well padded. Actually quite thick.The image is accurate, as it's quite large. It attaches with 2 loose Velcro hoops, which allows movement.However, once you have it in place, unless you loosen the seatbelt, it stays put.I really recommend this if you need chest protection.

I bought two of these to use on my leg harnesses during bungee fitness. I am impressed how well they worked! They're long so they cushion a large portion of my leg harness which is what was bothering me. They're wide so if the harness moves, they're still there to cushion it. Very happy! Buying a 3rd one for my belly strap too.

Bought this to use for after abdominal surgery. It was far softer and gentler than anything else about my painfully bumpy ride home.Super easy to attach, and I still felt completely secure in my seatbelt.

I ordered this because I reasently got a ICD implant , I am very glad That I did , now I can feel more safe while driving , its certantly helps with the pain the seat belt would cause pressing against my incision , I would advise anyone who has a implant or injury , chest pain , to purshase one , would be great for children as well .
