I’ve had my big and tall sofa for a couple of weeks. This sofa is the real deal!! It’s real leather. It has ALL of the bells and whistles. THE QUALITY OF THIS FURNITURE IS THE VERY BEST! If you are six feet or over, this fit is what you must, MUST invest in.I looked at other in-store sofa’s like this and the leather is fake! The cup holders are little and poorly made. The middle drop down doesn’t have a light like this real deal set has. The seats are narrow and for small people.IT is worth paying more for a sofa of this quality that will last and stand out in your space!!!AND…. The sellers response is amazing! This company is the best. Thank you Richard!!

I absolutely love this couch! The only small thing if they could add something would be light up drink holders and a rgb lighting under. But other than that definitely easily a solid 4 out of 5 couch! Must have!

The good: these are very comfortable. They let you set a button to your preferred reclining position (though that is not covered in the manual--get your seat into the position you want, and then press the second from innermost control button until it beeps; after that press and release that button to go to that position. There is good storage, and a useful tray table.The bad: they are *really* heavy. These come in pieces, each backrest is a separate light-ish piece, and the whole seating couch (the two seats plus the center console) are a single, very heavy, piece. Maneuvering the ~250lb seating piece to where you want it is a major pain the rear. Definitely spring for the "white glove" service to get it installed. This is also unfortunately two separate modules--you have to run two power cords, not just one. For some reason, they don't distribute power within the seating units. The cupholders are also a little on the small side, so they don't fit my whisky glasses (they should fit water glasses just fine, though). The comments about not being able to find the right buttons to do what you want are definitely spot-on: there are four identical rocker switches, which control recline, lumbar, headrest, and preset/home-position respectively. You need to count the buttons to find the one you want; some sort of raised-bump would have been trivial for them to add and would have made life a lot easier. Finally, USB charging only on the arm, not on the center console. The obvious place to put your phone is on the console, but there is no charging there.Still, these are very comfortable seats that recline well and only require 6" of clearance from the back wall. I have no regrets buying them, even if there are a lot of things I wish they had done differently.

In addition to its luxury appeal, I ordered this loveseat for my home theater because it has a 400-pound weight capacity and 2.2-pound (average is 1.8) density foam, which I hope translates to higher durability.They offer white glove delivery, but I recommend researching local moving companies. My local,professional movers were able move it into my living room for $99 instead of the $200 optionoffered by Stagecraft's movers.Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Jeff Bezos has these massiveseats in his personal home theaters.

Ok...I absolutely fell in love with this couch. When it arrived there was a spot in the leather that just should have never gotten out of the factory. I called,, sent pictures,, they were very helpful and sent another complete couch, free of charge and let me keep the old one. For this, I can't sing their praises enough. Just unheard of these days. But........ the couch absolutely sucks. The controls are on the inside of the arm. Its impossible to find the right button to make it do what you want without hitting every other button and going in every direction..And some buttons are programed to make full lay out and full recline motions. Impossible to recall them, so you have to wait till its through with what IT WANTS TO DO before you can get it to do what YOU WANT IT TO DO...Its Soooo Heavy. Very hard to maneuver for cleaning. MY CAT got caught under it while it went on its own path and almost killed it. I'm throwing it in the trash!Plain and simple. I'd rather sit in the floor..... DONE WITH THIS JUNK!!!!I hate it... I've never paid so much and been so disappointed in my life!!!
