Sent the wrong box with the wrong filter. Bags are fine, but the HEPA filter is wrong. Looking at other reviews, this is a happening to others.

I have purchased these filter bags many times from vacuumsinc.com. I chose to go through Amazon this time. The bags are definitely NOT the same high quality Hepa filters. They are much thinner. I would appreciate a response, please. In reading other reviews, it appears that this has happened more than once.

I really wanted a bag vacuum because I don't want to accidently breath in small dust particles when emptying the tank. I don't remember standard or universal size bags being this expensive. I love the vacuum but should have picked a brand that uses a universal bag size.

Sebo vacuum cleaner is first class product. I have 3 cats, it sucks all the hair out from carpet very well. the bags are thick and easy to install.

All perfect and excellent.Best vacuum cleaner that we ever purchased. German engineering. We love the HEPA feature of the unit. Plus the small size and easy to pull around the room as you vacuum.
