Terrible experience. I need to return these low-quality shoes. I knew as soon as I tried them on they were not as described. I requested a refund, received a QR code to put in the return package and was told I'd receive my shipping label. Hasn't come. Then I got a message that I needed to send them a photo of the shoes with the QR code in the bag. I did. Still no response! I fear they're just buying time until my refund period ends and them I'm stuck with worthless shoes and the amount I paid for them. Awful company!

For the 2023-2024 cheer season, we thought we'd try these for our daughter.Sadly, they're not good. We haven't gotten through this season yet (3 more competitions to go out of 8) and she's already needing her 3rd pair. Yes, she's worn through 2 pair so far, in just a little over half a season. Guess it's worth putting more into another brand to see if they last longer.I wouldn't recommend these.
