I was looking for a sectional sofa set for my family room. After visiting several retailers I came back to Amazon and chose this company who had the best design and price. The other retailers gave me delivery dates that were 6-8 weeks. This company had a less that 2 week delivery. Best yet - the sofa arrived earlier than scheduled. WOW! There was one hiccup when the ottoman did not arrive. After contacting the seller I got a response within hours of posting my concerns. WOW! The customer service was simply excellent. The ottoman arrived a few days later and my family is thrilled. Working with this company was a win win for this purchase and is highly recommended!

This furniture set is beautiful, sturdy, easy to set up as well It’s also comfortable and spacious for our living room which is not that big. It fit just right.I was very impressed by the seller who stayed in contact with me about my delivery during the process of it being delivered due to weather delays. the seller was very kind and concerned following up with the manufacturer to ensure I receive my entire packet. My couch was just put together by a decorator.First comment, was “return there’s a rip in the back”— not returning— between NYC and Florida, it took too much time to recieve.Besides a ‘defect area with a slice on back’, it is not mushy or cozy.This note was sent to this customer— as a text— with no refund labels for shipping— Very Shady!!Sam’s“Yes, I got your return request on Amazon. Of course, we will refund all the money for you when we get the return shipment”.It’s hard and very firm!!! It’s pretty, beyond that— a bad choice!!!
