Used on our church door. Contractor installed the system using this keypad. Keypad lasted 7 months. I purchased and installed a replacement keypad. It lasted about 1 month. Manufacturer replaced the 2 defective keypads. I installed number 3 keypad and it lost the usage of all the numbers except 1, 2, 3, 0. I reprogrammed the unit using those numbers. It lasted 2 more months. I have not installed keypad number 4 because I'm tired of messing with them. I'm looking for another manufacturer.

The keypad seems to be working fine. It is made well, heavy construction. I would recommend this product to anyone.
