Camera would not work. I followed all instructions to the letter and watched the video provided but the camera would not power on. Build quality seemed very cheap and I could already tell this would not last more than a few months. Gladly returned.

Fantastic, very aforable price , easy to installed. Sound have bad quality. Video 5 stars but sound 2 stars. You can listen and it's a noise each you use.

Ordered 2 of these cameras to check on my 2 dpgs during the day. They recently lost their pack leader (alpha dog) so i wanted to be able to check on them while at work. 1 worked only when I set it up to test but would not connect when I tried to put it in the permanent spot. The second one I set up in the spot I wanted and it works great. I get quality pictures and sounds is great. The only downfall is when you are panning the room, there is feedback from the camera moving and it's loud!!! But, It functions and does what I needed.

This thing is amazing! I can't believe the price honestly. And it's pretty easy to figure out too. I work 12 hour days, so I use it to check on my cat while I'm at work. I've had no issues, except when I lose signal because my workplace is a dead zone for cell service. No issues that are the fault of the product. Just super awesomeness!

*The person who said it costs money to download the app is WRONG. Ignore them.*I like that you can indicate the areas of the field of view that you want ignored. (This would obviously only be useful when motion tracking is off.) We've used a webcam before to try to find out which of our cats is peeing next to a litter box, for example, but because that camera didn't have a way to indicate parts of the field of view to ignore, we'd get a lot of false positives. With this camera, we'd potentially be able to have it record ONLY the areas we cared about.My gripe - a big one - is that when I turn motion-detection ON, the camera almost never moves, and when it does it BARELY moves. There's ample motion: I keep walking back and forth across its field of view, both up close and at a distance. But it mostly just ignores me.I've downloaded the latest firmware. I've tried different motion settings (human tracking on and off, high motion sensitivity) and nothing improves the tracking. Others have said its motion tracking is excellent, so maybe ours is just faulty.Unless something changes, I would only use this camera in situations that require a static shot. But since this camera is supposed to have motion-tracking, I'd like the opportunity to use it when we need motion tracked.
