Why is my camera not charging?
1.If you are charging the camera by only opening the DC-5V charging port on the rubber seal (without fully opening the entire rubber seal), please ensure that the USB C charging cable is inserted deeper. The rubber seal is designed to be thicker to enhance the camera’s waterproof performance. If the charging cable is not fully inserted, it may cause a poor connection and affect normal charging. When the camera is successfully charging, the charging indicator will appear on the phone's preview screen.
2.If your charging cable cannot be inserted deeply enough into the DC-5V charging port on the rubber seal to charge the camera, you can also choose to fully open the entire rubber seal to charge the camera.
Why does my camera keep disconnecting intermittently?
1.Please ensure the product has sufficient battery before use.
2.lace the camera in an area with strong Wi-Fi signal, as a weak signal may cause intermittent disconnections.
3.There is a setting in your phone for the camera’s operating time. Please make sure you haven’t enabled this setting.

About a year and a half ago I bought a more expensive camera that had the solar panel and it went out all at once. My brother showed me these a couple weeks later and I was leery because of the price. I ended up purchasing one a couple weeks later. I had a problem with it mounted on the garage and then we realized after a day or two it has to be the Wi-Fi.. It was too far away from the Wi-Fi source. It to the back door so we could see the drive and I am so impressed with this camera. It’s got a great picture when you’re viewing it, I like the Spotlight feature, I like the sharing feature because you can’t connect it to more than one device like an iPad and iPhone at the same time. The battery life is what I was really concerned about. We’ve had it up for almost 4 weeks and we still have not needed to charge the battery. It’s not even at half yet. It has a microphone which works very well and you can understand what the people are saying. I had it on low alert setting, then changed it to normal after I realized I don’t have to go charge the battery every couple days. I don’t have a problem with the Wi-Fi connecting to it where it is. I almost passed this one up because of the price, but don’t let that bother you. I would recommend it. I’m not a camera expert, but it does what it’s supposed to do. I don’t keep a SD card in it because I joined this company’s monitoring service. It takes 10 second videos at a time and you can delete them easily. I wish the Wi-Fi range was better so I could put one at the end of my driveway. That’s the only thing that stops me from doing that. When our dogs start going ballistic, . I bring up my camera view.. They alert me before the camera does as they should. lol I would recommend this, again, don’t let the price bother you. As I said, I’m impressed.
