Not thriving. Most of my sedum has died. Is the company willing to ship a new tile?

I received my order and omg....these succulents are beautiful and healthy! I will order again and I highly recommend this company. There are hundreds of them on this mat, I will eventually transplant them into my containers. I'm sooooooo very happy and excited.......Thank you!

I originally ordered one flat that looked good at first. But as soon as I planted after breaking into several pieces, they all failed. I wrote to customer service asking for tips to help them thrive. They responded same day that they were going to replace my order. Unlike the previous time, I decided to leave the flat in a protected area and mist them for a couple days before planting. Now after only a few days in ground, I can see that they are already thriving and growing! I really appreciate the prompt and supportive customer service!

Ordered 2 flats, one arrived reasonably soon. Very healthy plants, in a nice variety. I think the 2nd flat may have shipped from a different location because I was notified that this UPS shipment was "Delayed By Customs." A few more days passed, then it showed it as "Delayed by Train Derailment." !!! Whether my package of plants was on the derailed train, or on a truck imprisoned by the resulting Interstate traffic stoppage caused by the train disaster, IDK. But I really expected these poor plants to arrive dead and fried from baking in the desert heat while the train mess got cleared and the Interstate reopened. No drink for them, and no daylight, for about 10 days. Plants Do Not Like That. But looky here! Plants in the first-received flat on the Left/Top have already spent days with me, resting and fluffing up nicely. Plants in flat on Right/Bottom just got freed from their box minutes ago. I can't believe how lush and ALIVE they are, despite their extraordinary ordeal (their box was on my porch set on its END by UPS, hinting at the rough trip these babies endured). Yes, they were happy to finally get a drink, and to see the sun once more...but they had cheerfully waited it out, and are already catching their breath and fluffing up.To me, this is evidence that these are fine quality, healthy stock, ready to settle in and thrive in my garden. Kudos to the growers/sellers!! You should be proud of your beautiful, high quality plants. I'm so glad I purchased these, and won't hesitate to come back for more. Thank you!!UPDATE mid-July: Couldn't plant them until 3 weeks after first 2 pics :( So Pic no. 3 is immediately after planting, remaining 5 pics are 6 weeks later. (My own 3 Dwarf Grass Plants and 2 larger-leaved Red Sedums are surrounded by the Tile Mixed Sedums.) Used peat moss to mulch the bed, that's keeping weeds down and holding in moisture. I planted EVERY single plantable little shred, but a small bunch of tiny sedum "crumbs" were left over, and landed in the wood-chipped area where I dusted out my equipment. Lo and behold, those crumbs GREW all by themselves!!! I left those itty-bitty sedums alone for maybe 2-3 weeks, to get big enough to dig them up, then placed them to join their friends--- they are the 1-foot-wide patch, running front to back, at the left-most edge of the bed. These little plants are just so happy to grow!I expect by end of summer that hardly any peat moss will be visible, the plants are so willing to expand and knit together. Of course, I'll then need to trim them to keep them tamed, but I am SO HAPPY that our driveway turn-around area is now so pretty! I plan to buy more of these Sedum Tiles to plant in a prominent area of my elderly Mom's front entrance garden. They should survive , actually THRIVE, there without much attention. Color, texture, eye-catching interest and variety---with no babysitting required. Perfect!!!

I know this brand from the local big box store (or at least the same tray and style) but as of late September nowhere nearby had them available, so I decided to gamble and order several trays for my new landscaping. They arrived in early October in great shape and I immediately unpacked them. The night before planting I gave them a thorough soaking and the next morning I planted them. I pulled the mesh off the bottom and roughed up the soil under them, gently pressed them into the crannies where I want them to take root. They are in a variety of conditions - what will be full blazing sun in July and areas with about 6 hours of sun and periods of shade. All of them are doing great. Bonus on planting these, if pieces fall off, just bury them a little and since they're sedums you'll get a bunch of new plants because you're watering your new plants anyhow! I would say in the two weeks since planting they've increased in size and no longer look like I planted some rectangles. I am watering them every 2-3 days depending on how hot it gets and hopefully they'll be settled in for when winter arrives.

The succulents arrived in perfect condition and they were so lush. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because there wasn't not much variety in succulents. Otherwise they looked so healthy and overall I was pleased with the packaging and product.
