No one replies to the guarantee to replace s broken light shade… as per their product policy“ Easy to install: hardwired installation, fixture size: 29''（D）*7.4''（H）, if the glass is broken please contact us for free replacement.”I need one replacement please!

Do not buy this light fixture. If you hang it on a wall, the arms/light bars sag no matter how much you wrench down on them to tighten them and you will waste at least 1/2 hour trying to mount the light fixture to its bracket. The fixture mounts to its bracket with two tiny 1/4" long screws that you can barely hold between your fingers much less actually get started in their holes which you cannot see (you will just get lucky getting the screw through the hole in the bracket). If you are a contractor, you or your worker will waste valuable time trying to mount the light fixture. I gave up after a 1/2 hour. Returning the product. Contractors: please write more reviews like this. We need to get these low quality, poorly designed products off the market. Hapless DIYs need to know what a PITA these products can be to install.

Beautiful light fixture

Installation is easy, and the light looks good. However, the bar that holds the lights is not quite sturdy enough to stay straight. Under the weight of the glass they bend down from the ceiling a little bit so I am knocking a star.

This was easy to put together with clear instructions. Looks really nice and can be adjusted so many different ways it's fantastic.
