The basic functionality works as expected—tracking, clicking, and general responsiveness are all fine. However, there's a major issue with the "click and drag" feature when used on Mac devices. Instead of allowing me to drag folders or files, it registers as a double-click and immediately opens the item, making it impossible to move or organize files properly.I tested this across multiple Macs, including several MacBooks and Mac Minis, and the problem persisted on all of them. This seems to be a compatibility issue specific to macOS, and until it's resolved, the product is unfortunately unusable for any tasks requiring drag-and-drop functionality.

This is a nice large glass surface trackpad, and its large touch screen is easy to use. For people with weak wrists, it is a good alternative for mice. Actually, I have a low-profile mouse on the left side, and this touchpad on the right side. My two hands work together, with a flexible combination between the two devices. In order to get most benefits of the touchpad, it needs to be positioned properly. We rest our hand on the mouse, with or without a wrist rest. Any clicks involve using finger muscles, no matter at what angles, for normal mouse, it is a push down, and for vertical one, it is at an angle between 30 to 60 degrees, depending on the mouse's structure.I put the touchpad at the edge of the computer table, rested my elbow on the front of the chair arm, which should be higher than the desk top surface. When I operate the touchpad, I move my whole hand. It is a totally different hand movement from mouse operation. And I can switch devices between two hands, when needed.I hope that after I get used to the touchpad operation, my hands and wrists will work better.

I've been a user of Apple Magic Trackpads since they first came out, so that is what I'll be comparing this model to.Both trackpads have a glass surface that felt pretty similar. The seenda is wired - no Bluetooth or or wireless is available. That said, once you plug it in, it pretty much works - no drivers to install. There are some Mac settings to make it work slightly better (tap to click is one). Also, being wired, there are no batteries to change or recharge. It comes with both a USB-C to USB-C cable and a USB-A to USB-C cable which is nice depending on the age of machine you're connecting to, you shouldn't need a dongle. One nit to pick here is that the cables seem very rugged and are braided. It's good that they supplied nice cables, but they are almost too rigid - they are hard to make lay flat and straight on your desktop. The seenda has a small blue LED in the upper left corner that illuminates when it is connected - nice feature. The seenda is a bit smaller (4" x 5 1/2") than an Apple trackpad (4 1/2" x 6 1/4") - but the size difference isn't too noticeable in use.The seenda has physical switches for left click ( a large area on the lower left of the pad) and right click (smaller area on the lower right of the pad). So - if you don't turn on "tap to click", you have to remember to physically push on the proper areas on the trackpad to click something.Response was fairly decent on the seenda. The only issue I had was trying to do a two finger click/hold and drag of an icon or window for example. It would seem to register the second finger as a click sometimes and you would lose the focus of what you were trying to drag. It also recognized up to four finger simultaneous operations....and there worked, although it would take some time to get the proper technique down for the sensitivity of this trackpad. At a little less that half of what Apple charges, this is not a bad deal and would be a good device to test out if you really want to migrate from a mouse to a trackpad without breaking the bank.

I got this touchpad on the hope that it would be able to be used with my ClockworkPi uConsole. For a while I have been interested in getting a slim touchpad that can easily fit in my case, so I do not have to use the trackball on the go, when bringing a mouse is too bulky. However, the uConsole has Linux installed and this touchpad does not advertise as supporting Linux. I also have a Windows device that I could have used it on in case of not working.I tested the device on a Windows laptop and everything worked as expected. All of the touch combinations listed out in the manual worked well, although some of the multitouch inputs are a bit finicky, but not more than is usual for a touchpad. The touchpad has a nice smooth surface and the fingers glide across it nicely. The buttons have a soft gentle click, that provides just enough feedback without being annoying. Despite being so thin, it still has a decent heft, which combined with the rubber feet, keeps the touchpad very firmly in place during usage. After testing it on Windows and confirming the functionality worked as intended, I switched over to my uConsole to see if it worked. It does work, well enough for me that is, but not in any way similar to the usage on Windows. The button clicks do nothing, however one finger and two finger click still can be used. Also none of the fancy multitouch inputs are there. All it can do is left click, right click, pinch to zoom, and scroll. Scroll is notably inverted from how a touchpad normally operates and operates more like how a phone touchscreen does, where you scroll in the direction you touch. This is enough of a variance that one can't truly say that it works on Linux, but it is good for my purposes, using it as a thin mouse replacement as opposed to a productivity enhancer.Box came with the touchpad, a cleaning cloth, a 40" USB C to C cable, a 56" C to A cable, and a manual that is as thick as the touchpad. All in all, I am very happy with this touchpad, definitely 5 stars
