I was anxious to receive the product, as I've been a professional swim coach for over 20 years, and have ran through my fair share of stopwatches.When received, I was quite perplexed. To start the watch, a hand push on start/stop button is mandatory. Other watches I've had could start by simply shaking the watch vigorously.About 60% of the time, the start/stop would activate when pressed. The other 40%, I find myself missing splits (something I'm not used to).For a $100+ dollar stopwatch, I would expect that everything is clean, and top notch, without the concern of a watch malfunction in the middle of a repeat or race. Unfortunately, I have found myself double, even triple checking the watch to ensure an accurate start and stop time.Not a happy buyer.
