A great snow mitten, a great company. But I prefer mitts where the top of the mitt opens towards the back of my hand. When I took my fingers out of this mitt, the top kept slipping to my palm, getting in the way of my hand movement. With a mitt that opens to the back, the top section is completely out of the way. I'll use this when I need a warm, dry mitten, but not when I need freedom of movement for my fingers.
