Wonderful, cool Blankey you placed in the refrigerator to chill and it’s easy to wash and hang to dry. The quality is wonderful. The design is cute. And my super senior puppy loves it 🥰

I ordered this for an out door cat and was disappointed in how flimsy it is. Although it does feel sort of cool to the touch I’m not sure it provides any more ‘coolness’ than the concrete carport floor does. Would not recommend or buy again

I thought that the cooling pad was interesting. I tried it during one of our northwest heat waves, and there is something about the composition really does make it feel cool when you initially lay on it. Then you get warm, roll over, and the new spot feels cool again. Here's the the real review though: My cat didn't like the feel of the fabric on his toes and wouldn't use it, but the cat I cat-sit for loved it right away and insisted on becoming a kitty burrito in spite of the heat, and has adopted it. So if your four-footed one doesn't like it, another probably will.

My 18 yr old cat loves this mat. She has ditched her beloved hammock bed for it! The material is nice and cool to the touch. It is not very thick, but still provides a good amount of cushion to lay out on. She will lay out on it all day if she could. The material also seems durable and good quality for the price point. Buy it, your fur baby will thank you!

I bought this thinking it wasn’t going to work because of the reviews but i needed something that kept my cats cool, and it works! Seriously my cats love it, will definitely buy another one, the Medium size is a good length, fits both of my cats but it’s better for each to have their own so they can stretch. Works the best with an AC on, it seems to absorb the cool air and stay cool.

My cats are both 12 years old, and sometimes very picky with toys, snacks, and cat furniture that I buy them. I bought two of these mats, one for each cat, and they both used these cooling mats more frequently in the first few weeks of owning them than a cat bed I had bought for them over a year ago.I'm not sure if my cats are necessarily interested in the concept of the fabric being colder than normal or not - because these mats ARE colder than regular fabric - or if they simply just liked the mats for laying on, but I personally think these came in handy during the summer heat, paired with some cold wet food/treats to help keep them cool. As of right now my cats still like these cooling pads a lot, and enjoy stretching and sleeping on them whenever I lay them out on the floor, so I would consider this a good purchase. I would definitely buy them again, even just for bedding/play area purposes for my cats!

Ordered this product at the onset of the heat dome. It arrived as the wave was passing but our apartment was still quite stuffy. As soon as I took this mat out and put it on the floor, Hermann immediately took over. Granted he thinks all mats and carpets belong to him but this was something else. I later moved it around and usually he would go from one mat to another and end up on the carpet but he stayed on this one. Guess he really likes it and so that makes me happy. Btw, setting it up by the fan or putting it in the fridge for a bit helps to make it cooler.

NOTE: THIS MAT WAS WELL CONSTRUCTED. I opened it myself to see the layers. For the inexpensive price this is a nice mat for your cat or small dog to lie down on. If you bought it as a COOLING mat you will be disappointed as I was. It is made of fabric available at your local store. You can google ice silk fabric to find out more about it. It will warm up with the body heat of the animal just as any other fabric would. I actually took my seam ripper and opened this up to show everyone who was taken in by the description as I was. It is 3 pieces of material, a weave backing, a thin polyester filling and the ice silk fabric. I opened up the mat with my seam ripper so other customers could see the inside. This mat was in perfect condition when I got it. It was delivered quickly. In fact it is nicely sewn and good construction. I like the mat -- just not for cooling.

I didn’t give any stars for warmth because it isn’t warm, it should get 5 stars for cool.I got this for my medium shaggy hair pixie bob cat who has been hot this summer even with air conditioning on and he refuses to lay in the basement like our long hair cat because he has to be where I am. Rex (medium hair) figured out right away this was for him and pretty much won’t get off it. He loves it. I may have to buy another one or two to place in other places in the house.It is cool to the touch. It feels soft and nice. I think if were a cat or dog I’d like it too. It stays cool too — even when Rex has been laying on it, it’s still cool. It’s an inexpensive option for our furry friends.
