I bought these TRS cables to run between my audio interface and studio monitors. Three out of the four worked great, but unfortunately one of the cables had an internal short between the tip and ring connections which caused a volume drop wherever it was used and an unbalanced connection.I contacted Seismic Audio through their website describing the problem and they sent me a replacement cable no questions asked!It was likely just a fluke with the original fourth cable, but I was impressed with their customer service and efforts to make my order whole, thanks again!
