This item is heavy-duty and well made. Definitely recommend. Be prepared to drill 1/4" pilot holes for the included lag screws.

If for some reason you wanted to spin your bag for infinity, this would do it. The ball bearings are smooth as silk, as you’d expect. It’s very well made, high quality materials, easy to use and install- it just mounts to a single joist with lag bolts. Highly recommend.

Looks Great and works a lot better than the chain I had over a wooden beam.I just screwed the bolts into the beam and it works brilliantly.Very easy to do and looks to made of strong material.Very happy.
