Mop is very heavy when wet and never wings out completely. Difficult to actually use the built in wringer.

Broke on first use in two places.The blue bell-shaped piece that holds the top of the mop head to the shaft has 4 tiny 1/8" tabs and that's all that keeps the heavy mop head attached. Two of these broke the very first time I wrung it, being careful to follow the instructions and wring it gently. I managed to fix this by putting a rubber O-ring on the bottom of the bell piece......only to have the screw threads that connect the last section of the shaft STRIP OUT completely from the wringing action. Wringing twists the shaft "tightening" the screw threads inside the shaft section until they strip out. Again, all instructions were followed to the letter, and all actions taken gently, firmly, but not quickly or with excessive force.I never did get the mop head to wring from the first time I mopped up water. Buy a Libman instead, and don't get any twist-wring mop with a shaft that screws together from foot-long pieces.

It’s a great mop seems to work better than my tornado mop and is bigger. I’m loving it so far just hoping it’s going to hold up as long. If it does it’ll be well worth the money.

I’ve been around for a long time and never seen a mop quit like this one where you don’t have to get your hands dirty at all. I don’t like the mops where you slide the cone shaped cover over the mop it doesn’t get any where near enough water. This one twist and there’s Hartley any water left at all. Leaving your hands virtually dry. I also like that is has a full thick mop head and not the material one regular mop material. I am just really pleased about every part of the design of this product!

This is a good mop because it is lightweight and easy to use, and the built-in wringer is great as it takes the pressure off my wrist. I love that I don't have to get my hands wet. The mop quality is great for picking up dirt, removing grime and it was able to handle my front porch, which sees a lot of foot traffic. The long handle functions great when reaching under furniture and corners. It is an efficient and mess-free way to keep your floors clean. Even my children are able to use it with ease. This mop is worth every penny.
