I've had this for almost 2 weeks now and it's run perfectly so far! I have 2 cats and they took right to it. They are very interested in the cleaning cycle after they use it, as well, and I've gotten the biggest kick out of it. I've had indoor cats since I was 20 and for my 44th birthday I got myself this gift! I have officially retired from manually scooping cat boxes! YAY! 😂 It's worth the money. If you're on the fence about purchasing this brand, have no fear! Just BUY IT! You will be very happy with your purchase! 😸😸😸

This is my first experience with a litter robot. It is one heck of a game changer!! I would have given this 5 stars, but I've encountered a couple of issues - first, my cats go in face first and do not turn around. It's rather shallow in there, so their butts are awful close to the entry. On a few occasions, some of the urine didn't make it in the litter box. I'd need the box to be deeper. Maybe that's my cats issues as they should go in and turn around, but for whatever reason, they don't. The second issue I have with it is that sometimes it doesn't clean itself. It's very random as it works most of the time. But once in a while I'll walk by it and notice that it hasn't been cleaned. Sometimes too, the ap misses that it's been used by a cat and doesn't log it. I manually press the clean button to clean it, so it's not a big deal. It weighs your cats, but one day my fat cat weighs 29 pounds, and the next day she weighs 24. My other cat's weight seems to be 13 pounds one time and 18 pounds the next. So I sure don't trust the weighing! But, if you have never had a litter robot, DO IT. It's life changing!!!! I'm now getting another one AND another cat!!!!

This is an excellent litter box, but has one big flaw. I have a large cat that weighs 20lbs and is just overall really big. This litter box states it is an X-large, but my cat can still hang out of the entrance and pee onto, and outside of, the box. The pull out drawer has open areas where the urine gets trapped and pools. This leads to odor and requires cleaning everyday. These areas should be closed and possibly slanted towards the inside of the drawer. Adding a few more inches to the width of the box would be helpful too.The overall functioning of the box is excellent, and if you have smaller cats you may not have any problems.

Bought this on a whim and really like it. There is no smell in my bathroom anymore and I appreciate the litter catching mat that was included because it helps my cat not track litter everywhere as a long haired cat. I love the ambient light inside and that you can change color. The app was a bit difficult to navigate at first, but I figured it out in about 5 minutes. For the price, it’s amazing. I have the cleaning set to automatic, for 2 minutes after the cat finishes using the litter-box, using a low dust clumping clay litter that absorbs quickly. This saves me a lot of time scooping and I will be buying a second one for the rest of my cats next week.
