Picked this up for our cat Boots, and he absolutely loves it! Will flip over on his back so we can 'steam' his belly as well.To be fair - this isn't really steam, more a cool mist. If you hold the brush in one place too long, the coat will get wet. But you control when the mist comes out, and how long, and it dries quickly.The few tangles he has had, the brush works through quickly.The unit charges easily with a standard USB plug. To clean it, pop a button, and the hair pops off the brush.I would not call this 'professional quality', but if you are looking for something to use in-house on pets, this works well!

This brush kit is nice. The main brush works well with and without the misting feature. The fur removal feature works really well, with the removing plate clearing the brush bristles fully, which allows the fur to just wipe right off. The mist feature also does well to help cut down on how much fur gets shaken into the air from brushing.My only issue with the brush is that the bristles are only moderately sturdy. I was using it on my Australian shepherd, who has a double coat, and the bristles weren't holding quite as strong as I'd like.Other smaller issues i've encountered, the directions are not totally clear, and there is no battery indicator aside from the power light, so no indication you need to charge it before the mist stops working.Overall, still a good brush, and definitely recommend, especially if you are sensitive to loose fur flying everywhere but need to groom your pet.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much from this brush, but I’m really impressed! My cat usually hates being brushed, but for some reason, she actually seems to enjoy this one. I think the fine mist makes a difference—it’s not wet like I expected, just a light spray that helps keep the fur from flying everywhere.The best part is the self-cleaning feature. With the press of a button, the collected fur just slides right off, which makes cleanup so much easier. It’s also lightweight and easy to hold, so I don’t feel like I’m wrestling with my cat just to get some grooming done.Overall, this is a really handy grooming tool—easy to use, helps with shedding, and, best of all, my cat doesn’t fight me on it.

I have two cats and one in particular needs brushing every other day. While I'm never toing to have the cat run up to me, this at least made it a little more tolerable with an easy to hold brush that works extremely well. The wire works very well yet didn't poke or pull her and the steam function seems to work the tangles out faster. The self cleaning function is amazingly easy to use and clean. I think this is a very reasonably priced step up from a basic brush, and the cleaning function alone is worth it.
