Der Einbau erfolgte ohne Schwierigkeiten. Die Einstellung der Parameter auf der App war etwas umständlich. Es funktioniert aber nur einer der beiden Lautsprecher. Das Headset erfüllt seinen Zweck, da ich keine Musik auf dem Motorrad höre, aber die Ansage des Navigationssystems und die Telefonate auf nur einem Ohr ist mitunter etwas unangenehm. Ich habe mehrfach alle Kabel überprüft; aber es funktioniert nach wie vor nur ein Lautsprecher.

This device is the best I have ever used. I bought it because a friend had installed one and we were going on a ride around Scotland. The open mic intercom was brilliant. It does say that the range is up to 1 mile but I think that would be line of sight. The phone integration, Bluetooth music from your phone, Bluetooth directions from your Sat Nav and an FM radio makes it all worth while.

Dieses Kommunikationssystem findet Platz in meinem ARAI Rebel Command. Die Verarbeitung ist augenscheinlich sehr gut. Der Einbau ist auch relativ einfach. Ich verwende das Teil in Verbindung mit einem Windows Phone seit etwa einem Jahr und funktioniert ohne Fehl und Tadel.-Klangqualität: gut-Verbindungsaufbau der Geräte: zügig-Verarbeitung: sehr gut-Akkulaufzeit: reicht für eine Tagestour locker aus

I love it. Can’t really tell I have an intercom apart from 2 small buttons. Needed a bit of adjustment to fit my arai tour x4. Can be a bit fiddley getting use to the setup at first. Radio ok. Volume is ok, don’t expect it to be headphone volume, suppose if it was too loud you wouldn’t be aware of the outside world. It’s probably a bit stretched after normal motorway speeds.

The installation in my Arai Signet-X was straightforward and relatively easy. The instructions were no help, but it only took me about 10 minutes to get it installed.The operation is easy enough. There are certain key presses that do certain things, and I don't feel the need for the remote. The angle of the buttons based on where it is mounted on the helmet is a little awkward for me to use, and I wish that there was a larger divider between the buttons so that operation with gloves was easier.The real failing of the device is that you just can't hear it. Also, the audio boost function is literally worthless. While sitting in my house with my helmet on, with no noise around me, I can't tell the difference between turning the boost on or off. Even when trying it out in my house, I knew there would be volume issues. Once on my bike, you can barely hear it, even when you're listening for it.

Not impressed. I have an Arai QUANTUM Helmet and while it is a few years old it is not cheap. Any speed over 60MPH and you can barely hear anything. If there are any lows in a song forget it. It is like its not even on. Talking to someone at low speeds does work really well (WOW well). But isn't good enough for anything really above 50. I would not buy again. You also have to use the APP to turn up the Audio Boost and that still doesn't help.

This took some getting use to but it is a great unit. The remote works well even if its slightly in the way I think this might vary based on the bike. I recently rode 1200 miles in 18 hrs and the battery lasted most of the way listening to music from my gps and FM radio. On that ride I did stop and charge it using a USB style battery pack at dinner I think had I done the same at lunch the battery would have lasted the entire trip. As for installation it wasn't difficult at all and once installed looks like it was meant to be there.

The device works good but trying to update the firmware or setup the app on any Mac device is terrrrible.Once you have the functions down its great to have access to radio and MP3's, cell phone. I've used it on a couple of rides and I love it.

Excellent product, though fit was not as expected. The 10U-AR-01 is listed to fit Arai full face helmets, like Vector as listed. However, there was quite a bit I had to do differently from the instructions. Firstly, the antennas for radio and Bluetooth do not slide in easily as most of the internal padding of the Vector are glued in, so you'll need to be creative. Second, the main unit doesn't mount at the neck roll as described in the directions. It can be mounted in between the inner padding and neck roll, completely hidden. Besides the small push button pad, you cant tell its there!The above listed isn't a defect of SENA, I just expected that when it says it'll fit, it should fit with out deviation from the instructions.As for the SENA performance, it's excellent. Battery life is excellent, call quality is good, audio quality is good. Noise reduction and audio boost are a big plus. Voice prompts are great, eases navigation through menus.The handlebar remote is taking time to get used to as it's very touchy, but none the less very handy.

Great product! I have an older Arai helmet and had some minor installation issues. The remote and phone pair easily with the headset. I am impressed with the battery life. After 8 hours of constant music and communication with fellow riders the Sena 10U still had over half of its battery life. The only downside are the earphones. They produce great sound quality but they are not loud enough. Even with audio boost activated and the volume on its highest setting it was a struggle to hear my GPS over the wind noise. On the plus side, phone calls and music sound great. I believe higher quality speakers would improve overall sound performance. It's worth noting that the phone app is a great addition. The app allows for super easy access to headset settings as well as a digital copy of the user's guide. The digital user's guide was very useful as I was learning headset operation on the first few rides. The Sena 10U has exceeded this rider's expectations, and I would recommend this great product to anyone looking to upgrade their riding experience.

Works reasonably well. Did have to use the reset button once on a 2000 mile trip. Also the volume is just barely adequate for use when riding with earplugs. The voice prompt volume is so low it is only useful at a stop with motor at idle and my bike is not loud. I am a little disappointed overall. My 10S has better volume but I really lik the smaller form factor and having the radio function and the remote with the 10U. Hopefully they can improve the volume with a firmware ipdate.
