Comfy, good range, and good audio quality. Only issue is that it seems to have connection issues if you use a different model Senheizer headset as well. I have a different model at work and bought this model for when I work from home. It only seems to work in Teams after plugging it into the computer and then restarting the computer (sometimes more than once). Same for the other headset when I go into the office. Very annoying considered they’re even hardwired to the pc.Edit: not sure how, but I’m no longer having the issue when switching between different models. Very happy with the headset now.

I can say that I used to be a fan of Sennheiser, but after this purchase no more. Absolute garbage, the audio breaks up, and loses connection to Teams for no apparent reason. Customer support from EPOS is a joke. I'll get more satisfaction throwing it away than I will get returning it.

This headset sounds awesome and has great range almost 100yds. The audio fidelity is much higher with treble and bass than a plantronics DECT headsets I’ve used for years. Volume can go very loud. This is perfect for me as I have almost 30 db hearing impairments. The main issue is that the headset with the default firmware can get some disconnects with teams. One must get the EPOS connect software for SDW 60 headset to get the latest version. The Sennheiser website isn’t very helpful in figuring that out.Another glitch is with the BT800 adapter it can auto mute your volume. I just unplugged the bt800.Being able to walk around the house and yard. Priceless.

I have bought 3 of these. 1 for home in 2020 I had to change the battery and I get 5 hours of continuous talk time while streaming music. 1 for my gf the reason for the 5 hour talk time. 1 for my new job. I have gotten a lot of compliments on how clear my voice is. The distance I get away from my desk is incredible. I have gone out to my car and my work did not know.

This headset is good for calls and other speech, such as spoken word or speech from screen readers. The headset is not in stereo so it is not good for music. this can be tested with any stereo test video. The headset goes to sleep quickly so words can be lost if a setting is not changed. The software that is used for adjusting the headset is not acceeible via the keyboard. I could not get the iOS app to work at all.

I've been using this headset in my home office setup with both Microsoft Teams and Cisco Jabber for over 4 months. I've also used it in Webex and ZOOM calls. Integration is seamless and the Ultra Wideband audio settings sound amazing in both what you hear and what the person on the other end of the microphone hears. Our home sits on about an acre, and I can go anywhere on the property with a solid and uninterrupted connection. Don't forget to install the EPOS Connect app (EPOSaudio.com) to manage all of your headset configuration settings and to keep the firmware up to date. For an on ear design, the ear pads do a great job of sealing out unwanted noise. It's also a very comfortable headset that doesn't feel like it's squeezing your head. With Bluetooth pairing to other devices, this is a headset that can basically do it all very well.

I can actually use this around the house and do stuff while in my teams meetings. Very good range within the house. My other bluetooth headset is useless beyond my room where my computer is. The mic sound quality is ok. Still not as good as a wired headset mic. But I use this when I need to do other stuff during calls.

If you're looking for the best headset to use in an open office or other office setting where background noise during calls is a concern, look no further! This is the best noise canceling microphone you'll find in a headset. I tried several headsets, including the Bose 700 and the Plantronics Savi 8200. Those have their pluses. In fact, I loved them both - especially the Bose for it's ANC and sound. But the noise cancelling microphone of the Sennheiser beats them both. It's not even close. (The Bose had the worst noise canceling microphone and other issues that made it less than ideal as an office headset... But that's for a different review.)I also love how well the Sennheiser integrates with my cell phone and allows me to seamlessly answer calls using the same headset I use for remote conferencing. The Active Noise Cancelling won't blow you away. Honestly, I think you need in-ear or over-the-ear headsets for the best noise cancelling. But the noise cancelling will take care of background fan noise or of an office heater. It's definitely a noticeable improvement for ambient noise around the office. If you want the best noise canceling mic, get these. You won't be sorry. Also worth mentioning: Awesome build quality and I love the adjustable side-tone feature.
