I wouldn't reccommend this for above ground pools unless you've managed to get it PERFECTLY flat. Might work better on an in-ground pool

The pole is great, stiff and doesn’t bend and deforms like others. Extensions locking is also good and better than is other versions.The vacuum head is good.
