This is a high water alarm control panel for operating high water alarms and sump pumps. The alarm circuit is separate from the sump pump circuit and does not interfere with each other.
Function 1：The alarm circuit works in conjunction with a float switch to monitor the water level in the septic tank. When the water level reaches the preset alarm level, the system activates an audible and visual alarm to promptly alert you to start the pump and prevent sewage overflow
Function 2：The pump circuit can be used to control an external pump up to 20A

This septic control panel is well made from quality materials. It appears rugged and durable. The kit is easy to install and has everything needed for a complete installation. It is a very well designed and professional kit. There is a wiring diagram on the inside of the watertight cabinet door. There is a lock included for the cabinet door. They also include a float and power cord. The audible alarm is very loud and the light is easy to visualize. A very important feature that should not be overlooked is that the breakers and wiring are UL certified. This provides added peace of mind as to the safety with use of this product. The item is as described by the seller. I am very pleased with this product and believe you will be as well. Therefore, Dr. T. highly recommends this product!!

This kit comes with everything you need to signal a high water alarm and even control the pump to correct the situation. Everything works great and looks like it will last. DIN rail mounting means you can also easily replace a component should you need something slightly different. Although not NEMA rated, the box is weatherproof enough that it should be fine for residential usage. They also include a wiring diagram on the inside door which is critical for this type of equipment.

I used this control box as a replacement on my 10 yr old box that the alarm starting giving trouble. Perfect replacement! Easy to wire up and made really good!

I recently installed this Septic Control Panel in my system, and it works perfectly! The 110 DB alarm is incredibly loud, and the flashing lights provide a clear visual warning when the water level gets too high. The float switch effectively monitors the water level, and I feel confident knowing the pump will be activated in time to prevent overflow. Incredibly versatile pump control panel that can be used in a variety of situations. It comes with a descent manual and the float you may need depending on your situation. I am using this along with a sewage control pump controller in a unique sewage system and it was easy to hook up and is providing excellent oversite of my system. So far I have no problems with it and it should work for a long time.

This high-water septic alarm arrived intact and in new condition, appropriately packaged within a generic box. The control panel manual consists of a wiring diagram that likely makes sense to a professional. So, needless to say, I recommend professional installation. The control panel feels very well made. The door opens and closes smoothly. The latches operate as expected. The switch on the side is of great quality. It seals tight when shut. It is sized comparable to the one I already have in place. This will make a great replacement.

Very pleased with this unit for the money. Going to use it to control my septic tank pump. I added another 2 circuit terminal block to add another float switch. I really like the way the power coming in and the floats going out are figured into the box. The box is also watertight.
