The cart is lovely and works as designed but there were issues. For something so cheap it looks good.The box the cart came in was so beat that the UPS driver offered to take it back when handing it to me. I looked it over and it did not look like anything was broken so I took it figuring I could take advantage of Amazon's return policy if needed. The box the cart is in is far too thin to be used as a shipping box, but there was no exterior shipping box.The instructions may as well not exist they are so poor. Seriously it was a single sided sheet of paper with no words on it. Many of the parts are very similar to other parts and none of them are actually marked. With that said, if you are the type who likes assembling things it is not hard to figure out.Mine was missing several of the (not sure what to call them) through posts. As a plus it had several extra of the close ended posts. Solution for me was to drill out the necessary close ended posts to be through posts and just make it work.
