Upon inspection immediately after receipt, I discovered the left caliper was fine, but the guide pins on the right caliper did not slide, preventing the bracket from floating. Customer service was expeditious with several corrective offers: to exchange the set or provide full refund; to provide a discount on the defective caliper, and finally; to send a third caliper without need for exchange. I declined all offers. As inviting that last offer, I cannot trust a replacement caliper will work correctly, either upon receipt or shortly after installation as another Amazon review states a problem pertaining to a sticking piston for this same caliper set model. My apprehension stems from the poor quality control at the factory and its probable use of incorrect or inferior internal components. For those reasons, I will not use these calipers on my car. Additionally, the bleeder screw caps fit too loosely -- not snug at all. Certainly not a big deal, but the stuck guide pins are. I've decided to rebuild my old, original calipers myself for some level of quality control and piece of mind.

Installed on vehicle and the caliper froze up after 45 days of driving. Would have taken a replacement part to give it another chance but outside the return window by 15 days.
