Looks good when done. 2 way tape is not great. The remote is useless; no instructions for use. You can look at the pictures on line; but really.

I've wanted a set of these for years and finally decided it was time.Other reviews complain that the instructions are not clear. I found them to be very clear, provided you have a MAGNIFYING GLASS because they are printed in VERY SMALL TYPE. (BTW, has anyone else noticed, since computer printing started, type size has gotten ridiculously small?) I DO recommend reading them through before starting. Otherwise, I found them quite clear. It takes about an hour to assemble them but I found them logical and simple.I did not, however, AGREE with some of the instructions.They say to put the frame together, then the lights on, then the covers and ribbons. I accidentally put the covers and ribbons on first, then the lights. But, honestly, I was glad I did. I would much rather work the lights around the covers than try to put the covers on with all three attached by the electrical cords. Because once the lights are attached, the three are attached to each other.The remote works well, but the instructions for that ARE terrible! There should at least be a list of which light combination (blinking, strobe etc.) goes with which number. There is nothing. Also, you are supposed to be able to change the timer (it is pre-set at 6 hours on/18 hours off) but there are no instructions about that, either, nor any indicator to let you know if you have changed it. It's mad.Also, be sure to match up the right size ribbon/bow with the same size box before you start. It's hard to tell there's any difference while they're still wrapped up. I did not realize this initially and had to "unstick" a ribbon and nearly damaged the whole thing in the process. The ribbon and bow do work well, though.Lastly, these are VERY light so if you plan to put them outside, I recommend sandbagging them. That is, take a few zip-lock bags and fill them with pebbles or sand and place them on an inside corner of each box. At least, that's keeping mine in place on this windy day.
