When one ignition coil fails (especially on a vehicle with higher mileage), you should replace all of the ignition coils with a new set.
That’s because one worn out coil means the other coils have been subjected to the same extreme heat stress and wear.

I got all new coil packs for my wife's 2016 nissan sentra sr. So if you have this model make it'll work. In fact it's for that year up to 2022 I think. Pit these in when I did a full on tune up on the car with iridium ngk plugs gives it way better throttle response better emissions i.e less fuel more power as I does a better burn! You gain 20hp between replacing these and putting iridium plugs in at the very least plus save money on gas!!!!!!!!!!
