This popsicle set rocks!I love that the molds are stainless steel - not plastic or silicone.I wanted to make my own healthy version of Mexican paletas. (cream-based popsicles with fruit in them). They’re so refreshing in the summertime.I don’t do dairy, so I substituted real milk for coconut milk.Adding a little condensed milk (also available in dairy-free) will help keep these creamy versus “icey”.We ate the first batch so fast, I forgot to take pictures!We’ll get them on the next round.

This is a really neat item. Everything is very solid and well finished.There are no English instructions, but this is pretty simple and easy to figure out.Comes with 6 stainless steel forms and a nice holder/rack to keep them upright while freezing.There are 6 lids for the forms with silicone seals to hold the popsicle sticks and a few spare silicone seals, along with 20 plastic bags to store the frozen popsicles and lots of extra sticks. Also includes a foam cleaning brush to clean inside of the molds.I’m getting ready to try some coffee drink popsicles, and then some smoothie popsicles.This should be fun!
