Your cart is empty.If you were to begin with a vintage rhythm pickup, wind it hotter, mellow the highs and enhance the midrange response, the result would be the Hot Tele Rhythm. The treble response is still articulate, but it is smoothed out by the more aggressive low end. Great for full sounding chords and sweet solo work. The Hot Tele Lead pickup uses flat, hand ground alnico 5 rod magnets and a special high output coil wind to give you enough midrange power to cut through like a humbucker. The absence of a steel bottom-plate gives you a fat, full punch in both the low and mid-range frequencies, yet it retains the muscular twang of a vintage style lead pickup. Great for Telecaster players who demand a more powerful lead tone, with extra presence and drive.

The box was open. I don’t know if they were returns or not. The pickups themselves look new and the wires are clean. They sound really good a definitely have noise cancelling. It was just weird that the box was already opened and the catch was broken.

I put these in my Squire bullet telecaster, which has garbage stock pickups. Didn’t take me long at all to solder these in and put the guitar back together. They sound miles better than the stock ones. Neck pickup is very strat like. Very warm and throaty. Bridge pickup is what you want, super bright and brassy. Combined they make an awesome tele middle position that’s support woody and thick. Only gripe is that the hardware for screwing them into the pick guard was incorrect for my tele, which is fine as I just used the stock hardware.

Fitted them myself and screwed up the wiring. Took it to a proper guitar tech and now they sound FANTASTIC!!!!

I've searched for YEARS, over a decade, to find a Telecaster pickup that did everything I expected to. I play music for living, and have done so for 12 years. I needed a pickup that would take me from Chatahooche/Alan Jackson all the way to Def Leppard. This set is PERFECT. I've outfitted all 3 of my Telecasters with these, and I can truly say I've ended my search. If you use a Telecaster to play 4 hour sets going from snapping country to saturated 80s rock, this is the only set you need to think about. Truly, a no-compromise set up pickups.
