J'avais monté un DiMarzio SD basé sur sa réputation établie, j'ai été très déçu. Niveau de sortie pitoyable, son brouillon. Je peux juste dire que le Nazgul est bien mieux sur tous les plans et la description sonore du fabricant paraît correspondre. Je mettrais 5 étoiles si il sonnait mieux que mon Schaller d'époque, mais on s'en approche.

Tried a lot of pickups in this guitar.I thought I’ll give this one a try and very happy with the results.Much more brighter sound and very clear on the notes.I did try it on a few other guitars at first but on this one it sounds right.

I installed this on a baritone strat as a single humbucker with 500k volume and tone. It sounds amazing as the only humbucker on the guitar and it can cover a lot of ground. It definitely has the djent sound locked in as advertised but I am able to get beautiful warm clean and edge of breakup tones as well. I preferred a 0.47 cap instead of a 0.22 cap because I felt the 0.22 cap did not provide enough high end roll off. I also tried a 0.15 cap briefly and it definitely gets into that cocked wah “woman tone territory.

Perfect fit for my modded PRS SE 277 baritone. Sounds great for drop and baritone tunings. Drop G is punchy and articulate.

E' un pickup perfetto per il metal moderno. Risponde molto velocemente alla pennata, ha un suono potente e presente che reagisce molto bene con accordature drop. la sua precisione nel riprodurre le frequenze più alte non ammette errori di pennata... Non perdona!Facile da montare. Nel mio caso ho avuto qualche problemino con le viti per la regolazione dell'altezza del pickup... La cornice del pickup della mia vecchia Charvel/Jackson è un po' più ampia di quella del Nazgul e, per non rifare i buchi nel corpo, ho dovuto adattare le viti in dotazione che, rispetto ai fori della cornice Jackson sono un pelo più sottili... Niente di grave. Non è un pickup "tuttofare", rende molto bene il sound distorto metal, sia ritmiche che lead, ma per altri generi non lo consiglio.

Excellent pickup for all kinds of Heavy Metal, especially modern styles!!! Very fat and agressive tone, a bit hard to control depending of the gain. I like it very much!!!
