I fitted this to my 335 and it was much better than the original, more dynamic and better string separation. Rich sounding when played hard and mellow when softer. I rewired the tone (treble cut) pot to be a bass contour instead, giving even more tonal options.

per chi cerca chiarezza e definizione nelle note.

It definitely has good sound. The only issue is that it’s not potted, which is typical for vintage pickups. It squeals like crazy if your amp’s gain is a bit high.

Absolutely what was I was hoping for. Completely re-did a fairly haggard Les Paul style with these and wired it in the 50's style. Drop your pants and jacket off. These are titties and beer. Shut up and buy them.

You probably already know if you're looking at this. Vintage PAF tone. Put it in the neck position of my recent tele build with a Fender custom shop texas special in the bridge with 500K pots. Sounds great

I have one in the neck of my G&L Tribute ASAT Bluesboy. I use it for jazz so it's set up with heavy strings and I only play the neck pickup, not the bridge. The G&L humbucker in there was decent but generic, and I wanted something very vintage. This delivers.

I upgraded the stock neck pickup in my Epiphone SG and was very surprised at the rich mellow tone. The pickup offers very even output. Overall an a inexpensive way to greatly improve your tone and I'm actually surprised more folks havent reviewed it. Music played - Blues Rock.

Very good sound. Both pickup are very clean and have a medium output, that makes them vey cotrollable. The neck pickup has a more bassy sound, PAF type, is very sweet. bridge pickup sound good clean and distorted, it gets a very controllable an very usefull distortion sound. I put the on a Ibanez Artcore Guitar and are far better than the stock Ibanez pickups.
