Timer works very well, especially being able to sue it for dry-fire. The Bluetooth connection between the timer and phone is really good and super stable. Changes you make in the app show up in the timer within a few seconds, and I haven't had any issues with the connection dropping or being unreliable like a lot of other Bluetooth app enabled products these days.Being able to set up and track drills through the app is great. However, my only real gripe is the app seems a bit immature. The biggest thing being there doesn't seem to be a way to delete anything. You can add gun configurations, drills, sets for those drills, etc. But you can't delete anything you accidentally make. It would also be nice to be able to delete sessions, since I have a few odd sessions from when I was figuring the timer out.

When paired with the app it is awesome! It works well on its own, but having the time overlays on the video is a game changer! Absolutely do not regret this purchase! This is a fantastic tool to see what you are doing wrong haha.

A great shot timer for the price. A little more to it than the PACT timers but just as easy to use. It is easy to set up through an app but gives you a good amount of options. A solid build to it and durable, though it shouldn't be getting that much abuse. It came with a Velcro strap that can be strapped around your belt for easy on/off of your belt.

WAYYYYY cool I bought this from watching youtube reviews, but when it came in i found out it does so much more then reviews said. i didnt find out about this till i started it up and loaded app but the coolest feature is the video overlay, records your stats and shot info in video and when you record it starts the timer for you. must buy for shooters and bang for you buck..... no pun intended

So far, I have been very satisfied with the user interface and the flexibility of the SG go. The ability to track dryfire and set up your own courses of fire have been great. I do not have enough experience with the timer to comment about its long-term durability. However, the timer seems well build and I believe it will hold up well over time. The buttons are rubberized and sealed against dust and water. For the money, I this timer is hard to beat.

This is my favorite shot timer. Setting it up for different drills via the app is so easy to understand and get rolling. You will be using your phone with this shot timer but that is not an issue as I would be logging in my phone if it didn't already do that for me.I ran it today with 9mm and 22LR at an indoor range and there was no ghost shots from echo and it ran perfectly. No extra cost for the app like other bluetooth shot timers, and it just syncs every time so far without fail. The large screen is easy to read from the belt. It has a nice loud beep and it is rechargeable via usb-c, not the fake USB-C thats really USB 5v, but actual USB-C.The downsides, the lil velcro belt loop is really kinda janky and the documentation is a bit lacking about the different belt options, i only figured out why there was a piece of velcro in the box because of the picture on the side. This would benefit greatly from a unboxing video to show people what everything is.

This shooting timer is incredible!! I pretty much does everything you can think of (and more). Considering the quality of this timer, it’s definitely worth the price. Very easy to use and set up. You can set up drills by downloading the app to your phone. You can also use this timer independently of the app as well but the app gives you many more options. You can also set loudness and sensitivity on the app. Great for dry fire practice. This is the only timer I know of that allows you to adjust the volume of the beep so you don’t disturb the household during dry fire practice. Seems very durable and well made. Also has a backlight and is rechargeable. On a scale of 1 to 10 I’d rate this timer 100!!

The shot timer presents a combination of features and affordability, but it disappoints in several aspects.1) The attachment clip is cumbersome, utilizing Velcro that needs constant fiddling and a plastic release tab that digs into your belly. Despite promises of alternative clips, there are no alternatives and they will incur additional costs when available. No case is included or screen cover included, I carry it to the range wrapped in bubble wrap.2) The app shows promise but requires significant improvement, especially considering it is the sole method for adjusting timer settings. Navigating the interface, particularly on an iPhone, is cumbersome. Adjusting sensitivity values involves excessive side swiping, and inputting numeric values often requires the deletion of previous entries, decimals, and periods.3) App layout: key features are scattered throughout the app. To access dry fire presets, users navigate to the "Training" section in the main menu. However, for live fire presets, users must access the device menu and select "Shooting Presets." Confoundingly, adjustments to dry fire presets must be made within the device menu rather than the main menu, adding unnecessary complexity to the process. Also, default presets reset to less-than-ideal defaults (sensitivity 100 and volume 5), necessitating frequent adjustments.4) Dry fire "smart" detection proves inconsistent, relying on a "waiting time" setting to capture the last sound made. However, its effectiveness is variable, operating successfully only about 60-70% of the time if users refrain from additional noises post-shot, such as slide racking or magazine changes.5) Live fire appears to function well even on busy range days, although I haven't extensively tested it due to difficulties in understanding and adjusting presets.6) Battery life is good, and the display is clear with backlighting. Bluetooth connectivity is stable, albeit with occasional compatibility issues. The adjustable beep volume is good, though adjusting via the app could be simpler. The device's buttons could be more responsive, with the main button occasionally failing to register presses (too squishy) and the secondary button being hard to press. I wish the beep played directly on the phone/headset, but I think it is not possible due to excessive delays caused by pass-through.In summary, the shot timer offers decent value but is held back by its cumbersome app and attachment clip. Until these issues are addressed, I would opt for simpler, more functional timers. I look forward to updating this review once the app improves and a better attachment option becomes available.
