My Sawgrass SG400 will not recognize this waste unit at all. I'm returning it and requested a replacement. If the replacement works, I'll update the review. Until then, I cannot recommend this product. I really hope the replacement works and I don't have to order a different brand and wait even longer to use the piece of equipment that is not just taking up desk space.Update: I received a replacement and it seems to work fine. I'm hoping this was jut a case of a single bad part initially received. I understand defects happen. I've updated the review to 4/5 due to the issue with the first one. I will likely order this same product next time the printer tells me it is close to replacement time.

I ordered the Waste Ink Collection cartridge and it was simple to pull the old unit and replace with the new unit. Everything passed the system check on the Sawgrass Printer and I was back up and running within a few minutes.
