This works just as it should.On the back side there are three little adjusting slots to change the delay time & shades.They feel a little delicate so I was careful in turning them but they seem to all work fine.This is battery powered & it's fairly easy to change the battery but carefully necessarily again.So far I'm happy with it & we'll see how long the battery lasts.

Fit perfectly on our harbor freight helmet. It’s almost unbelievable how scratched our old lens was compared to this!

I installed this in my old welding helmet so my son could watch and learn how to weld. It was thicker than the lens that was already in the helmet, so I had to cut away some plastic on the helmet so it would fit. It makes seeing so much easier. I wish I had switched the lens years ago.

This is a good replacement lens to have it auto darken on you. Beats having to flip the helmet down when starting your weld.

Really great option for those that want to upgrade their passive welding helmet to auto darkening. Looks well built and responsive.
