Defective because one side of one of the Arch Supports has NO stitching holding the webbing to the arch support. At the very least, zero quality control. Additionally, it would be a really nice touch if some directions were provided to show how the webbing attached to your ankle. Maybe it's obvious and I'm just really stupid. Either way, who doesn't provide directions?

Received my Surfups yesterday and immediately tried them out. Ordered hoping that they would help relieve some of the fatigue I usually feel after boarding for a while due to moderate arches. Totally worked. Took a little getting used to but really work. The extra footprint on the board helps with the grip as well. Wear a size 12 and the large fit great. Ordering some for the wife as well…

What a great product! Stylish too. I was looking for anything that would help my arches when SUP’n. Surfups definitely lived up to it! I can SUP longer and my feet don’t hurt! Thanks SURFUPS!
