Glad I ordered my usual size. Fits well and feels good closed all the way up. The built in support is not too bothersome and helps you maintain that shape.This one in the size medium comes with three columns of closure, so you can work your way to a tighter fit. Really glad I got this.

I sized up like recommended and that was the right call. it's pretty comfortable sometimes straps started hurting by end of day. biggest problem is the torso I have a long torso and this does not cover the whole torso so it has the potential to give you a pouch at the bottom of your belly depending on your shape. make it longer!!!

This is y first weight trainer. I guess I was nieve in the fact that I got my usual size thinking I would start easy, under a dress for wedding. Yeah! I think there is no such thing. It was tight (no surprise there) but with the help of my daughter, I got it on and once I did, it wasn't so bad. Actually, it was very supportive and liked that I can use my own bra. That allows me to coordinate the bra to my outfit of the day, a low V, or more coverage as needed. Overall, I'm okay with it and think it's a great product.
