I just bought this blender and it's not working at all.And I threw the box away not even a week 😡😡😡😡😡😡 and yeah, shouldn't even have a start.It doesn't let me submit without pushing one start

Got a blender that didn’t work, but they were more than accommodating by replacing a new one immediately. The new blender works great. I am truly satisfied with the way the return was handled.

It took me forever to decide on a blender. I have arthritis and carpel tunnel. I need a blender that wasn't so heavy, big enough to hold the liquids, and do the job. This one has done it. The lid has a little suction action going on after the blending action. (The scientific eludes me!) Make sure you do not place the tabs over the pouring spout. I've made my own watermelon-mango ice push-ups, I make homemade ice cream with my ninja creami. I can't wait to finally grind those bags of coffee beans someone gave me with that attachment. I love that I can also put water and a dot of dish soap to blend and it starts the clean up! So far, there's no leakage, the noise was minimal- for a blender. And most of all, I like the shape.

Love it! It's sturdy and powerful. I'm so glad I chose a blender with thick glass and a removable bottom for easier and more thorough cleaning than a cheap one-piece plastic model. No more BHP! Plus coffee grinder works like a champ, too!
