Vacuum looks brand new, no scratches or damage anywhere, I see no reason to buy new for double the price besides warranty, but with this purchases I got 3 years extended warranty which is amazing! 100% recommend, strongest vacuum I ever tried, we had the Bissel clear view, that we regularly use to clean our carpets we have 2 dogs (a perpetually shedding husky, and a pitbull that sheds thick short stubborn hair) and 2 cats, and let me tell you thatin the first 20 seconds the vacuum was FULL of husky hair lol, we felt disgusted and couldn't believe our eyes! Best appliance purchase.

Best vacuum I've ever had hands down! I have two cats and my last vacuum was cordless and lacked the power to pick up all the cat litter that they track over the house. Sucking up cat litter now is a breeze! Haley maneuverable and because it's detachable, getting into hard to reach areas is easy. Probably the best feature of all is that hair doesn't get tangled in the rollers. It truly is tangle free! This vacuum is so fun to use I actually enjoy vacuuming now.

This thing is freakin powerful. It literally Sucks Hard? The settings allow the suction to be lessened but honestly it doesn't help much. Good luck vacuuming small rugs? If they aren't heavy enough, they will just get sucked right up off the floor! The power head self adjusts to all different types of floors and carpet. Cleaning against walls is easy, under low furniture no problem.The whole power head lays nearly flat. Using the wand is simply amazing as any hidden dirt or dust is no match. The furniture tool/brush and crevice tool works equally well it's amazing how much crap you can find in a couch! And it's a beast in the car on the carpet. Car carpet is notoriously hard to clean. Not with the SHARK MONSTER. I agree with all the other reviews about weight. But, you are supposed to remove the vaccum head from the body making it like a canister vac and much easier to drag around or carry up stairs.We had vaccumed the house with our old Dyson before it died. 2 days later we recieved the Shark and vaccumed again, it was like we had never vacuumed the house? The amount of dirt and hair this thing pulled out of the carpet was appalling, amazing and gross. Definitely a keeper👌👍. Feels well built and easy to use. The filters are washable and reusable. The little smell good filter thingy in the power head seems gimmicky we set it and forgot about it. Won't buy new ones. The power cord, though not retractable, which would be nice, is heavy duty and very, very long. I can vacuum 3 rooms without unplugging. Oh and get the dust bin full and it never looses suction, no loss of power no change in sound. The power head swivels though my wife swore it didn't because it was pretty stiff when new and yes it's a bit heavier than the old vacuum. All in this thing rocks! Great purchase. It's really nice when you get what you actually pay for👍

This vacuum is fantastic! I've owned a Shark for over a decade, and it still performs flawlessly. I was in the market for an upgrade, and my current one was becoming increasingly dirty.The suction power is outstanding, and I'm confident my floors have never been this clean, which is great since I am a dog owner. It's also lightweight and rolls smoothly. I was particularly drawn to the power lift away feature, which makes it easy to access under furniture and the extra attachments are a bonus. The only downside is that the light turns off, while using the wand, making it difficult to see what or where you're vacuuming.Initially, I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished vacuum, but it works just as well as a new one. Should this change, I'll make sure to update this review.

I ordered this vacuum a month ago, and it worked great. I had a previous Shark that lasted forever as well, and was happy when this one arrived. It worked great, awesome suction, I had pet hair flying to it. Less then a month later however, it just stopped working. It just wouldnt power on. Amazon is sending me a replacement, and I am hoping that one lasts. This isnt the quality I has expected taking a chance on a refurbished one. In the future, I will stay with the new..

My husband was hesitant about buying refurbished, but my early review is this:Everything was well packaged; additional components and instructions were included; the machine was spotlessly clean; it functions as expected and seems to perform well.There were a couple of very minimal light scratches on the handle. This should not be enough reason to dissuade anyone from buying refurbished when the machine will eventually bear marks if it's continued use anyway.The refurbished version is $200 less than brand new. The precious Stratos AZ3000 is $100 more than refurbished at Walmart.So far, my decision to buy refurbished has been a good one. It is a bit heavy and with the swivel feature, it may be cumbersome for those who don't have great strength in their hands. Switching for low or high pile helps ease the "push" needed.I haven't used the attachments yet to be able to say how well they work; my primary use is for vacuuming floors anyway. It works great on hard wood as well.
