I had high hopes for the Shark Genius Steam Pocket Mop, but it turned out to be a massive letdown. The build quality is awful—the mop feels flimsy and cheaply made. After just a few uses, the steam function stopped working properly, producing only minimal steam no matter how much water I added.The “genius” cleaning pads don’t live up to their name either. They barely pick up dirt and leave streaks on my floors. The pads also shrink after washing, making them difficult to reattach to the mop. Additionally, the mop head doesn’t swivel well, making it hard to clean around furniture and tight spaces.To make matters worse, the mop handle broke after just a month of light use. For the price, I expected much better performance and durability. This product is a waste of money—look elsewhere for a reliable steam mop!

I received a floor steamer that is MISSING the bottom half!! Only the handle was in the box. It said it was carefully refurbished. NOT!!!!
