Refills were in Factory Packaging. Did have a slight problem in initially trying to "click" refill. Wouldn't work properly. Had to trim a slight bit of plastic end of refill to make it work properly. Otherwise seems to work just fine.

I have the sharpie gel pens and I don’t like having to buy a whole new pen when the ink runs out so it’s nice to be able to just buy the ink cartridges. The ink is just as nice as a new pen.

Shorter in length from original pen as nib almost disappears but lovely smooth ink, will but again as love the feel of the pen and how it writes.
