I'm shocked this is coming from the official Sharpie storefront, but these markers arrived loose--not in the new packaging that's advertised--and almost completely dried up. They don't work for a single signature let alone to write or color in anything. My years-old gold Sharpie that I was finally in the market to replace performs way better than these. Lots of others are reporting the same issue which makes me think there are some shenanigans going on with this listing.Update: received this message from Sharpie Customer Service after contacting them on their website:I would like to inform you that we do not sell products directly and we do not have any official store on Amazon. Also, our authorized sellers would not sell any product without packaging. As you received loose markers with out original packing I would suggest you to contact the seller on Amazon.lol I guess???

Can use on black poster board but they dry out very quickly. They smear so the do need dry time.

I bought these to use to write addresses on my dark blue mailers. They show up great and worked perfectly! They were Not dried out. Quality sharpie! I love the Gold color! They were bright enough to show up on my dark mailers.

I purchased these to use in our guestbook for our wedding and they worked out exactly as planned! We had little pops of gold at our reception so the gold fit right it. These write smoothly and dry quickly!

These markers were old or something. They weren't in a sharpie box. They came in this package I posted. I didn't even finish drawing a Christmas ornament when I ran out of color the first time. All of the others were so dried out, I couldn't even get them to write. Save your money.
